Job Responsibilities of Middle School Preparatory Group Members (for foreigners)

Responsible for the establishment of the English curriculum system and international competition system for the middle school department, and the establishment of English courses such as IELTS and TOEFL.
1. Teaching and training system.
2. Establish a teaching and research preparation meeting system for English, economics, and business subjects in the middle school, a teacher growth ev

Coordinate with relevant departments to jointly formulate enrollment plans and participate in middle school enrollment activities, including but not limited to course briefings, parent workshops, and various other enrollment promotion activities inside and outside the school, as well as WeChat public account manusc
4. Responsible for formulating JDs for English, economics and business teachers, participating in the recruitment of foreign teachers, and working with HR to establish the interview and recruitment system.
5. Participate in the formulation of the life management system for foreign teachers and the construction of various meeting systems, support the English subject teaching activities of the primary school, and make a good transition from primary school to junior high school.
6. Support other teaching and non-teaching activities in the school.
Qualifications:
1. Teaching background in economics, IGCSE and IB project experience is a plus.
2. Have more than 3 years of experience in teaching economics in China and have served as subject leader, and be able to undertake English teaching work.
3. Be proactive in work, have innovative thinking and enthusiasm for scientific research, be quick to respond, have strong teamwork spirit, and be able to integrate into Chinese culture.
4. Have PGCE or teacher qualification certificate from other countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
