Major Responsibilities:
• The teacher is expected to perform duties, follow instructions, and adhere to guidelines set by the school to the best of their ability;
• Complete teaching tasks in a professional manner;
• Prepare lesson plans according to the curriculum goals and submit them on time, while accepting assignments, supervision, and ev
• Create engaging English games and activities tailored to students' needs;
• Develop creative teaching aids, such as flashcards and toys, to enhance learning;
• Encourage students, boosting their confidence in learning.
• Foster a positive and enjoyable classroom atmosphere that engages students during training or summer school.
• Provide timely feedback to parents on student progress and achievements.
• Ensure student safety, avoiding physical punishment, and maintain classroom equipment.
• Collaborate with bilingual teacher assistants and consider their suggestions to improve teaching quality.
• Participate in demonstration and open classes as requested by the school.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Have Bachelor’s degree or above. TEFL, ESL, TESOL certificate is desirable;
• At least 2 years' teaching experience and related working experience in teaching ESL, IELTS, general spoken English, one-on-one class or business English;
• Native English speaker with clear, articulate pronunciation;
• Applicant should have standard, fluent, and clear speech;
• Open-minded, approachable, and a team player, with a passion for engaging with students and colleagues;
• Strong interest in fostering intercultural understanding
